We desire to be a vibrant church community filled with small groups that love to DO LIFE TOGETHER! We want to have groups that reach every person in every season of life, with an emphasis on community, togetherness and family time.

Our goal is to move people from sitting in rows or pews to sitting in circles in groups. When we share the gospel with one another in close-knit community, there is spiritual growth that changes us individually and as a whole. We can then begin to position ourselves with an outward focus and encourage gospel transformation in the communities outside the church walls. God intends for us to experience life together, and getting plugged into a small group is a great way to learn from each other and grow with one another.

LIFE GROUPS: KIDS’ CLUB, WOMEN’S GROUP, MEN’S GROUP

Kids Club – This is a fun, inviting environment that allows kids to learn through song, dance, games, Bible lessons and prayer.

Women’s Group – Our goal is to do Bible studies that challenge us to dive into the Bible, to read first-hand God’s Word and apply it to our daily lives. Some of the past studies we have done are from Beth Moore, Priscilla Shirer and Lysa Terkeurst, just to name a few. Also, throughout the year we have get-togethers, pitch-ins, retreats/conferences and even a Christmas cookie exchange!

Men’s Group – Here at New Bethel we are looking to create a new Christian culture among men. Our men’s group strives to respond in a culturally relevant way to men who know there must be more to their Christian faith. Christian men know that the pressures of life set in, there are bills to pay, we can get distracted, the flame burns down, and we can become less and less interested in the work of building the kingdom. How can we build other men in their faith? How can we create an atmosphere of transparency and vulnerability among godly men who just want to be better men, fathers, husbands, brothers and sons? The foundation of us leading a successful men’s ministry is building relationships. We want to foster a sense of community with one another, with real and deep relationships.                Five Responsibilities Of Every Man – Every man must be taught that he must take personal responsibility for his own private life in five areas:

1. His walk with God
2. His relationship with his wife
3. His relationship with his children
4. His personal finances
5. His health
And our men’s ministry wants to focus on encouraging other men to take responsibility for their own private lives – in every aspect. Men, no one else can or will do these five things for us.
